Ruins on Denbigh Moors
25Apr09
I have long held a fascination for this building which lies in ruins on the Denbigh Moors. It was built in the 1900s as a hunting lodge but it has a feeling of romantic desolation. Incredible views from here towards Snowdon and Cadair Idris, there is no road up to the ruins which lies on a public footpath. I took the opportunity to make some new images. It felt like something from Daphne duMaurier or John Buchan. (See response in about for link to interesting website)
